QPR Suicide Awareness & Prevention Training

  • Suicide Awareness and Prevention Training is required upon hiring and every three years, thereafter. Please follow the instructions below:

    • Please go to the following link. 
    • Select Register
    • Please use 625 Stadium Drive, Decatur, IN 46733 as the address
    • Select Two Hour Module
    • Mental Health Issues Surrounding Suicidal Ideation (Module 2)
    • Complete the module
    • At the completion of the module, you will receive a certificate. Please save the Certificate of Completion. 
    • Email your Certificate of Completion to Lori Baumer at: baumerl@nadams.k12.in.us
