Hepatitus A Vaccine Requirement

As of the 2020-2021 School Year, Hepatitis A is a requirement for students in grades 8-11. Please check with your healthcare provider to see if your child has received his/her Hepatitis A shots. This is a 2-shot series, and 6 months is required between the two vaccinations. Students up to grade 7 should have already completed their Hepatitis A series (it is a required immunization for them). Please read the letter from the Indiana State Department of Health shown below.
