North Adams Community Schools is committed to providing a safe environment for students to be educated, as well as providing the necessary supports to avoid unhealthy choices and treating addiction issues. For this purpose, North Adams Community Schools is instituting a Random Drug Testing Policy as a proactive measure to promote a drug-free, safe school and healthy choices environment to students.
Below you will find information regarding the North Adams Community Schools Random Drug Testing Policy, as well as writeable Consent or Non-Consent and Withdrawal Forms that may be downloaded and/or submitted. It is mandatory that each student who wishes to participate in extra-curricular activities or drive to/from school sign and return the Random Drug Testing Program Consent Form. A new consent form will be required each year of school.
