Free/Reduced Meals and Curricular Material (Textbook) Assistance

 

• Student must be registered for the 2025-2026 school year at North Adams Community Schools before an assistance application will be accepted. (See Registration Information) To receive assistance, parent/guardian(s) must complete an Application for Free/Reduced Meals & Curricular Material Assistance and be approved for assistance.
• Those who receive a direct certification letter from North Adams Community Schools are not required to complete an assistance application

STEPS TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE

Step 1: Please read through the document listed below, carefully, following all directions in the Parent Letter. (Click HERE to view the letter in Spanish)

Step 2: Download the electronic, editable Free/Reduced Meals and Curricular Material ASSISTANCE APPLICATION (Click HERE to view the application in Spanish)

Step 3: Save the application to your device using this format: parent first name_parent last name_school year (ex: Jon Doe 24-25)

Step 4: Complete the form.  Sign and date the application. Select Save. Note: Incomplete, illegible, or unsigned applications will not be accepted.

Step 5: Email the completed application to:  assistance@nadams.k12.in.us by September 1st.

• SUPPORT: If you have problems or questions, please email assistance@nadams.k12.in.us  and a school official will get back to you as soon as possible. 
• DEADLINE: Applications must be emailed and received by September 1st
