E-Learning Technical Support

On an E--Learning Day, we will do our best to make sure that systems are up and running. North Adams staff and technology support members will be available to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Each school has posted, on its website, hours and contact information for building level support that can respond to general E-Learning, Canvas, or device questions.

Students and parents are asked to first attempt contact with building level support. Technical support that cannot be resolved by building staff, as well as concerns with network login, can be addressed at the district level from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
